30 Minute 2 Person (kids or adults) Lesson

Group lessons for students of a similar age or skill level.

Important Notes:
1. The address is 2115 Watchorn St, Durham, NC 27703. The entrance is along the side of the building, facing the street. If you can see the outdoor pool, you're in the wrong place. I will meet you and let you in through that side door.
2. We're a family run business. We give flexibility and understanding for any cancellations or rescheduling needed, and don't charge ahead of time. Sickness and family items come up, and we understand.
3. Payment is taken via Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or Cash. Simply pay for each lesson when you arrive, there will be a sheet with QR codes to scan if needed.
4. Cancellation policy: If you cancel 48 hours or more before the lesson, there's no charge. In many scenarios, 48 hours allows us to fill your slot in with other clients. If you cancel after that, we ask that you pay half the cost of the lesson, due to lost income. Anyone who no-call no-shows, or refuses to pay the 50% fee, will not be able to continue lessons.
5. Late FYI - If you are late, we will accommodate you as much as we are able, if it does not impact other customers. Unfortunately, we may have clients waiting, and you will lose some time from your lesson. We get it, sometimes kids are tricky to get ready, and things take longer than expected.

Louis has been AMAZING with my 4 year old daughter. My husband takes her to her lessons and sends me videos. These first few lessons have NOT been easy (we are trying to overcome a fear of independent swimming that she's developed.)

Every week, I'm prepared for Louis to say "I think you need to find another instructor" lol. But his patience and kindness is unmatched. He structures her lessons towards her strengths and works with her to overcome her fears. We're all so happy that we found "Mr Louis" as my daughter calls him. We've done the Y, Durham P&R, and Goldfish. Nothing compares!! 💙

Louis is great, for all types of learners. My son is not a typical swim student. His low muscle tone swimming a challenge. We have been taking lessons with Louis for a couple of summers and they have helped immensely. Louis found ways to help him swim his own way, and just as important, taught him how to be and feel safe in the water. He is patient even with easily distracted kids, knowledgeable, reassuring, and overall just great with kids!

The best in the business!!! He's a super calming presence in the water. He coaches through fears and worries and helps build skills for building comfort in the water. Worth every penny.
